Our number one priority is to get your order as fast as possible, without sacrificing quality and accuracy. As soon as you place your order, we share it to our warehouse for processing and shipping.

 Please consider that the time window for the delivery of your order is 24 to 72 hours from the day we confirm your order when

Delivery Fees:

•  3 JOD will be applied for orders less than 50 JOD.
• Free shipping for orders above 50 JOD

 

• سيتم تطبيق رسوم قدرها 3 دينار اردني على الطلبات التي تقل قيمتها عن 50 دينار اردني.
• شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تزيد عن50 دينار اردني.

Note: The term business day means Saturday through Thursday, except the legal public holidays.

ملاحظة : مصطلح يوم العمل يعني من السبت إلى الخميس، باستثناء أيام العطل الرسمية القانونية.

Orders placed on weekdays before 3 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 3 PM, or on weekends, will be processed on the next business day.

ستتم معالجة الطلبات المقدمة خلال أيام الأسبوع قبل الساعة 3 مساءً في نفس اليوم. ستتم معالجة الطلبات التي يتم استلامها بعد الساعة 3 مساءً، أو في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، في يوم العمل التالي.

Please note that orders for delivery outside of Amman may require a longer delivery time compared to those within Amman.

رجا ملاحظة أن طلبات التوصيل خارج عمان قد تتطلب وقت توصيل أطول مقارنة بتلك الموجودة داخل عمان.

All information about the status of your order will be sent by email. It is very important that you make sure to enter a valid email address when you place your order and check your emails regularly.

If you haven't received an order confirmation by email after completing your order, check your junk/spam inbox first.

If the junk/spam filter does not contain a SPORTYJO email, please contact our customer support team.

We regret that we are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by customers. However, we are more than willing to facilitate the exchange of the item if you are unable to do so yourself. Please note that this service will incur a new delivery fee
